Interim Pastor: Rev. Wendy Miller Olapade

The Rev. Wendy Miller Olapade comes to Hope Church with a variety of chaplaincy, settled pastoral and interim pastoral experience. She received her M. Div. from BU School of Theology and was ordained by the United Church of Christ in 1996. She and her husband, the Rev. Simeon Olapade, have two sons, Alexander (15) and Aaron (8).

Assistant to the Pastors: Sandy North

Sandy is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College. A previous Hope Church Ministry Team Leader and administrator at other Boston-based non-profits, she loves her current role supporting the pastoral staff at Hope Church.

Finance Team Coordinator: Kathie Mainzer

Kathie Mainzer is co-owner of Jamaica Plain's Bella Luna Restaurant and the Milky Way Lounge and Lanes. She serves on the board of the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corp and is a founder of the JP Worlds Fair and the Boston Gun Buyback. She also served as Executive Director of the Mass Coalition for the Homeless and Citizens For Safety. She lives in Roslindale with her daughter and 2 friendly dogs.
