At Hope Church the Pastoral Care Team (PCT) is committed to praying daily for our community’s joys and concerns – including the prayer requests placed in the prayer bowl during weekly worship.

PCT members are present and strive to strengthen the spiritual wellbeing of our congregation by fostering a sense of church family and belonging.
